빅뱅 [PHOTOS/VIDEO] Big Bang releases teaser for “Monster” MV!

Five member Idol group Big Bang, is getting a lot of attention from recently released pictures, which remind people of the movie X-Men.

On May 28, Big Bang’s agency, YG Entertainment, released pictures of G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, Daesung, and Seungri on their official blog, YG Life. The pictures were captured from a music video for the group’s new song “Monster.”

In the pictures, group members are showing off their charisma through costumes, hairstyles, and makeup.

T.O.P, who is making a cold face and wearing a black cape, looks like a young Magneto from the movie X-Men. G-Dragon has red hair and is wearing black clothes while making fire with his hands. Taeyang, Daesung, and Seungri also look mysterious like heroes from the movie.

BIGBANG will be releasing a special edition album titled [STILL ALIVE] on June 3 2012.

The mini album will include a total of nine tracks; five new songs as well as “Blue”, “Bad Boy”, “Fantastic Baby”, and “Love Dust”. The title song on this album is “Monster”, written and composed by G-Dragon n Choi Pil Gang, and a music video for the song is currently on the process. YG says, “This album is specially prepared by BIGBANG to thank their fans for supporting and loving them.

The lead track ‘Monster’ is very strong and different from BIGBANG’s previous songs.” Collaborating with YG Entertainment for this project, Hyundai Card participated in the album’s design and BIGBANG’s new logo, as well as the production of the music video for “Monster”. Along with the release of the special edition album on June 3, another secret collaboration project with Hyundai Card will be announced on the same day.

Meanwhile, BIGBANG has officially launched its Japanese tour, successfully finishing up concerts in Nagoya on May 17 and 18. The group will continue on to Yokohama, Osaka, Saitama, Fukuoka, and Tokyo, completing a total of 13 concerts.
